Terms & Conditions for Rizon Group

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of platforms, tools, partner portals, internal systems, authentication services, and software environments provided under Rizon Group, including but not limited to Rizon Jobs, Rizon Software, Rizon Pictures, and operational/security systems such as RizonPSA.
By accessing or using these platforms and systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using them.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply exclusively to access and use of Rizon Group platforms, including software environments, authentication systems, internal tools, media platforms, and security infrastructures.
These Terms do not govern commercial services delivered by other Rizon entities, which are subject to separate contractual terms.
Access & Eligibility
- Access is restricted to authorized users only (clients, partners, internal users, or invited users).
- You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
- Rizon may grant, restrict, or revoke access at any time.
Access may be managed through identity systems such as Rizon AccessControl.
Acceptable Use
- Use must remain lawful and professional.
- No unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, or system interference.
- Any abusive or threatening behaviour results in immediate suspension.
Security & Compliance
- No credential sharing
- No bypass of security systems
- Respect all security policies
Rizon systems (including RizonPSA environments) may log activity for security, forensic, and compliance purposes.
Intellectual Property
All systems, software, media, and tools remain the exclusive property of Rizon or its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
All platforms are provided “as is”. Rizon is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages.
Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violation, security risk, or abuse.
Other Rizon Entities
Commercial services provided by other Rizon entities (including Rizon Academy) are governed by separate Terms communicated independently.
Authentication systems such as Rizon AccessControl may be used to access services, without extending these Terms to those services.
Governing Framework
These Terms are governed by the applicable framework of the Rizon entity providing access.
